Resourcefulness, overcoming the pain, staying the course, changing the game
Throughout my journey, I have had to overcome many hurdles, adversity, and setbacks which has challenged my views, perspectives, skills, and resources in order to overcome. By being an entrepreneur, I have been challenged but I have consistently endured and exemplified extreme constancy so that I can make my dreams come to fruition. This blog, I want to speak on an important topic which many entrepreneurs are familiar with, which is resourcefulness.
The Google definition for "resourcefulness" is the ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties. In my journey I have had to overcome many trials and tribulations and figure out ways to find solutions through problem-solving, imagination, and being quick-witted. One example for that is the workshop in which I deliver and offer to companies and how I developed it. It took so much of an architect type mind and I had to pull in as many resources that I could in order to figure out how to make a sound workshop which would be suitable for a company to purchase me.
In the workshop, I speak on a lot of concepts which are found in medicine and healthcare about stress, in which I had to self-study in order to come up with a workshop that make sense. One of my mentors at Tech Alliance stated that, there is no new information out there, so that the only reason why someone would be distinct from you is how you deliver the information, in tune that's the innovation. This is exactly, why I added music to deliver the workshop and as well as that storytelling so that people can build empathy and trust, so that they can be more engaged with the content and workshop throughout the presentation and they won't get bored.
Also, in terms of the upkeep of my blog, website, ordering shirts, and financial breakdowns of my business, I have had to use my savings and budget accordingly so that I can operate my business so that I can keep promoting each and everyday on all social media platforms. I have had to start looking for a part-time job in order to invest in myself, so that I can keep growing the RKease brand, phenomenon, and enhancing the RKease craze around London, Ontario.
Resourcefulness has been a key element for me in my entrepreneurial journey, and I hope to keep striving to get better each and everyday, so that I can inspire others like myself to get out of their comfort zone and live their dream life!!
